Set to make its debut at next week's Nashville Film Festival, 'Bloodworth' is the tale of E.F. Bloodworth, played by Kris Kristofferson, who returns home 40 years after abandoning his wife (Frances Conroy) and three sons: Warren (Val Kilmer), Boyd (Dwight Yoakam) and Brady (W. Earl Brown). Bloodworth finds comfort from his demons by building a relationship with the grandson he never knew, Fleming (Reece Daniel Thompson). However, when Fleming meets the perfect girl, Raven (Hilary Duff), Bloodworth's presence could cause Fleming to follow in Granddad's misguided footsteps.

The Boot has the exclusive premiere of the trailer from the film, which includes music from T Bone Burnett ('Crazy Heart,' 'Walk the Line') and the original song, 'You Don't Tell Me What to Do,' by Kris Kristofferson. Watch the movie preview below, and mark your calendars for May 20: the day 'Bloodworth' hits select theaters.%VIRTUAL-globalVideoEmbed-{"videoIds":"517720842","width":"476","height":"357"}%
