Blake Shelton to Appear on ‘New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly’

Blake Shelton has been announced as one of the artists performing during NBC's 'New Year's Eve With Carson Daly.'

The singer will join fellow 'The Voice' coaches Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams, as well as Seth MacFarlane and Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, at the event, which takes place in New York City's Times Square starting at 10 PM ET on Dec. 31. 'New Year's Eve With Carson Daly' will be broadcast live on NBC in the Eastern time zone and tape-delayed across the country.

Other country stars also have big plans for New Year's Eve. The Band Perry will celebrate the big night as part of rapper Pitbull's 'New Year’s Revolution’ show in Miami, Fla., with Enrique Iglesias, Fall Out Boy, Fifth Harmony and Becky G.

Florida Georgia Line will perform live in New York City as part of ‘Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2015,’ along with Taylor Swift, Idina Menzel and Magic! Lady Antebellum and Gavin DeGraw are joining the show live via satellite from Nashville, Tenn., while One Direction, Charli XCX, Meghan Trainor and Fergie will each perform live from the West Coast.

Keith Urban is set to play a free New Year’s Eve show in Niagara Falls, Ontario, to air on ET Canada, along with Nick Jonas, Lights and Shawn Mendes.
