Blake Shelton will enjoy even more time on the small screen next month. HuffPost TV reveals that the coach on the hit TV show, "The Voice," will make a guest appearance on Reba McEntire's sitcom, "Malibu Country," playing her brother in the March 1 episode.

The star of the show hinted early on that her fellow Oklahoma native would eventually join her on set. "I've already talked to Blake and Kelly [Clarkson] and they said that they would appear, so we just got to get the script right when we need 'em in here," she told "Entertainment Tonight" last year.

Reba's buddy was no doubt bitten by the comedic acting bug after the huge success of his holiday variety show, "Blake Shelton's Not So Family Christmas." The humorous show prompted fans to start an online petition to get Blake to host "Saturday Night Live."

Meanwhile, the "Sure Be Cool if You Did" singer will return for the fourth season of "The Voice" on March 25, joining fellow judges Adam Levine, Shakira and Usher. "The Voice" airs at 8:00 PM ET on NBC.

"Malibu Country," which also stars Lily Tomlin and Sara Rue, airs on Friday nights at 8:30 PM ET on ABC.
