Blake Shelton's cover of "Forever Young," which the singer recording for the upcoming movie Max, has a new music video, which also serves as a trailer for the family film.

The video features shots from the movie, which is set for release on June 26, with Shelton's soft vocals supporting the scenes. Starring Robbie Amell, Thomas Haden Church, Josh Wiggins and Lauren Graham, Max follows the story of a military family and a dog who returns from Afghanistan after the traumatic death of his owner during the war. The soldier's family, including a troubled teen played by Wiggins, takes in the dog, and together, they work through their grief.

Shelton is joined on the track by former The Voice team member Gwen Sebastian, who lends harmonies. "Forever Young" was originally recorded by Bob Dylan in 1974 but has since been covered by everyone from Diana Ross to Norah Jones. A version of the song by Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders was also used in the 1995 film, Free Willy 2.
