Ashley Monroe is heading back out on the road, after canceling several shows due to a serious kidney infection.

“I’m finally feeling some relief after spending two nights in the hospital,” the songstress says. “I’m very grateful to everyone for their prayers and understanding during this time.”

The 27-year-old unexpectedly canceled a series of shows last week, saying her condition was "very serious" and that "it could risk my life" if she didn't take care of her illness.

Monroe is on the road promoting her 'Like a Rose' album, which was produced by Vince Gill.

Monroe's next scheduled appearance is on July 18 at the Buckle Up Music Festival in Cincinnati, Ohio. See all of her upcoming concerts here.
