Amos Lee is preparing to release a new album in October, and he has announced the dates for a headlining tour in support of that project. Lee will hit the road this fall for a string of dates that will kick off Nov. 5 in Milwaukee, Wis.

‘Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song’ is scheduled to drop on Oct. 8 via Blue Note Records. The Boot recently debuted an exclusive trailer for the album, along with its cover art.

Lee will perform the album's first single, 'The Man Who Wants You,' on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' on Monday night (Aug. 5). The song debuted Monday on Entertainment Weekly's web site, where it is currently streaming.

‘Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song’ is currently available for pre-order at iTunes and Amazon.

Tickets for Lee's upcoming shows go on sale on Tuesday, (Aug. 6) at 10AM at the singer's website. Lee will donate one dollar from every ticket sold to Musicians On Call, a non-profit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedside of patients in health care facilities.
