Blaster Records artist Allison Veltz has released her debut single, 'Bright Side,' from her upcoming album, 'Allison's Wonderland.' The singer co-wrote the tune with veteran tunesmith Dan Muckala, whose previous credits include LeAnn Rimes, Nick Lachey, Amy Grant and Leona Lewis.

"I have lived this song so many times in my life,” Vetlz says of the infectious, upbeat single.  “If you've hit the bottom you can stay there or you can choose to move. Sometimes it's a beautiful act of defiance to look at the bright side.”

'Bright Side' was co-produced by Muckala and award-winning producer Mark Bright, who discovered Veltz while she was working as a singing waitress in New York. The Alabama native relocated to Music City, and has spent the last few years honing her craft and working on her freshman record.

Blaster Records, home to Chuck Wicks, Hank Williams, Jr. and Aaron Lewis, is hoping for a spring release for 'Allison's Wonderland.' 'Bright Side' will be available on iTunes on April 29. Listen to 'Bright Side' here.
