Sam Hunt, the Swon Brothers and more country artists have been added to the ACM Lifting Lives Club Shows lineup for 2015.

Gary Allan, Easton CorbinJerrod Niemann and Eric Paslay are also part of the lineup, joining Tyler Farr, who was previously announced as a performer. The clubs participating in the concert series will donate a portion of ticket sales to ACM Lifting Lives, which helps fund organizations with the goal of using music to empower and improve lives. See a complete schedule of 2015 shows below.

Lifting Lives board member Ed Warm, who is also a co-owner of Joe's Bar, one of the participating venues, created the idea for the shows last year.

“We were so thrilled with the success of the first ACM Lifting Lives Club Shows series and have set our goals even higher for 2015,” Warm says. ”We appreciate all of the support from the artists, clubs and fans who believed in our mission and helped contribute to that success. We look forward to seeing what we can do together in 2015.”

Fans in attendance at the club shows will have a chance to win a trip to the 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 19 in Texas, courtesy of a donation from Mattress Firm. More information about ACM Living Lives can be found here.
