Aaron Tippin is celebrating 25 years in country music with a bang -- literally. To mark his big anniversary, the singer is releasing a limited edition Colt .45 pistol.

Tippin has partnered with America Remembers for the commemorative gun, which features gold engraving and images portraying the patriotic nature of Tippin's career.

"This year, I've celebrated 25 years with great new music and also some really good wine," Tippin says. "To be chosen to be commemorated by a company that has created guns for Elvis [Presley], John Wayne, Conway Twitty and George Jones is a huge honor. America Remembers has always done beautiful firearm pieces. I'm so proud to be included in this group."

The firearm is currently available at a retail price of $1,995. Each gun is numbered within the edition limit of 300 and includes a numbered certificate of authenticity.

In addition to the special edition gun, new music and his very own wine, Tippin also celebrated his two and a half decades in the industry with a documentary that aired on multiple networks throughout October.

“I think about it and go, ‘Wow. What am I still doing here?'” the singer says. “I look at the flight [of artists] that we took off in. A lot of them are gone, it seems … Some ran out from under it, but to be here 25 years doing it, I am the luckiest hillbilly that ever lived.”
