How does four days on a cruise ship sound, hanging out with Aaron Lewis and Lynyrd Skynryd? It could come true. Lewis has partnered with Blaster Records and CMT to give away a trip on Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Simple Man Cruise VII, which promises non-stop music by more than a dozen artists.

The Set Sail Aboard the Simple Man Cruise With Aaron Lewis sweepstakes coincides with the launch of Lewis’ new single, ‘Granddaddy’s Gun,’ from his latest album, ‘The Road.’ It's the first time that he has recorded a song that he did not write.

“I was on a hunting trip with Rhett [Akins] and he grabbed a guitar and started playing me the song,” Lewis recalls in a press release. "He was about halfway through the first chorus and I knew I was going to ask for his blessing to put it on my record. It was very much the kind of song I could have written. The lyrics really closely portray my life.”

CMT debuted the video for the song on July 4.

The winner of the contest will receive a cabin for two on the Norwegian Pearl, round-trip airfare for both guests, plus the opportunity to hang out with Lewis at the ship’s bowling alley. Along with Lewis and Skynyrd, other artists performing on the cruise include Blackberry Smoke, Los Lonely Boys, Atlanta Rhythm Section and Molly Hatchet. Enter the contest here.
