The 2015 Thunder on the Mountain Festival has been canceled. The three-day event, which was scheduled to be held June 26 - 28 in Ozark, Ark., announced on their Facebook page on Saturday (June 13) that the star-studded show would not go on as planned.

"It is with great regret that due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to hold Thunder on the Mountain," the post said. "A separate statement regarding ticket refunds will be made direct to ticket holders."

The 2015 Thunder on the Mountain had an impressive lineup that included Carrie Underwood, Zac Brown Band, the Band Perry, Big & Rich, Sara Evans, Eli Young Band, Jerrod Niemann and Colt Ford, among others.

Following their original post, Thunder on the Mountain posted a follow-up statement regarding the cancellation.

"Please be aware the cancellation has NOTHING to do with our amazing SPONSORS," it read. "They were a delight to work with and this is not a reflection of the work and dedication they put into the festival. Again this is something outside of our control."

The 2015 Thunder on the Mountain festival was to mark Underwood's first return to touring since giving birth to her little boy, Isaiah Michael, in February. Her next scheduled performance is on June 28 at the Big Barrel Country Music Festival in Dover, Del.

The Band Perry will perform at the 2015 Country Jam, held June 18 - 21 in Grand Junction, Colo. Big & Rich will appear at the 2015 Country on the River Festival in Prairie du Chien, Wis. Aug. 6 - 8.

At this time, no information has been given on the refund process for ticket holders.
