Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line are among the country artists who have earned the respect of their younger fans. They and four other acts have been nominated at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards, for Choice Country Song.

Bryan is nominated for "Kick the Dust Up," from his upcoming Kill the Lights album, while FGL are nominated for "Sippin' on Fire," from their sophomore 2014 Anything Goes record. Other nominees include Hunter Hayes for "21," Carrie Underwood for "Little Toy Guns," Sam Hunt for "Take Your Time" and Megan & Liz for "That Ghost."

Country-turned-pop superstar Taylor Swift is also nominated in numerous categories, including Choice Party Song, for "Blank Space," and Choice Breakup Song, Choice Music Collaboration and Choice Summer Song, all for "Bad Blood" featuring Kendrick Lamar.

Florida Georgia Line and Bryan won the Choice Country Song category last year, for their 2014 multi-platinum hit "This Is How We Roll," from FGL's freshman 2012 Here's to the Good Times record. Hayes also won last year, for Choice Male Country Artist, while Lady Antebellum won for Choice Country Group and Swift won for Choice Female Country Artist. Each of those categories has been eliminated this year.

This year is shaping up to be a big awards year for both Bryan and FGL. Already in 2015, Bryan won the 2015 ACM Award for Entertainer of the Year, while Florida Georgia Line won for Vocal Duo of the Year. Together, they won the trophy for Vocal Event of the Year, also for "This Is How We Roll."

The 2015 Teen Choice Awards will air live on Fox at 8PM ET on Aug. 16. Voting is open in all categories at TeenChoice.com.
