Rascal Flatts is headed to Hollywood ... in perpetuity. The threesome will be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame during a ceremony on Monday, Sept. 17. The band's name will be emblazoned outside the Sergeant Supply Store at 6664 Hollywood Boulevard.

While in SoCal, the boys will head over to Burbank to perform their current single, "Come Wake Me Up" on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno." Then, they'll head back out on the road for their Changed Tour with Little Big Town, Eli Young Band and Edens Edge. Get a full list of Rascal Flatts tour dates here.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will hold the star ceremony Sept. 17 at 11:30 am PT. This comes just a few days after another country star was immortalized in Tinsel Town. Vince Gill's Walk of Fame star was dedicated at a special ceremony on Sept. 6.
