Keith Urban is currently in Australia taping episodes of his home country's version of 'The Voice.' But back at his adopted home of Nashville, he had no trouble making sure his record label didn't forget about him this week.

As a way of saying thank you to the folks at Capitol Nashville for helping to make his most recent hit, 'You Gonna Fly,' a No. 1 song, Keith arranged with the marching band at Nashville's Father Ryan High School to turn up (unannounced) at the Capitol offices to serenade the staff with their rendition of the chart-topping hit. (See the video below.)

Label staffers filed out of their offices and lined the walls, sporting as many shocked looks as there were camera phones capturing all the unexpected action! Photos of the unprecedented event were also posted on Keith's Twitter account.

'You Gonna Fly' was penned by country duo LoCash Cowboys and Jaren Johnston. The song has spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard charts. The fourth single from 'Get Closer,' it's the third consecutive No. 1 hit from the album ('Put You in a Song' peaked at No. 2). It's also Keith's 13th solo hit to reach the No. 1 spot. By the way, he also scored a No. 1 duet in 2009 with Brad Paisley. The song? 'Start a Band.'

Keith's latest release, 'For You,' is from the 'Act of Valor' soundtrack.
