Jay DeMarcus, Wife Allison Expecting a Baby Boy!

Jay DeMarcus is having a son! The Rascal Flatts member, who announced earlier this year that he and his wife Allison were expecting another baby, now know that their 1-year-old daughter, Madeline Leigh, will have a baby brother.

"For those of you asking ... Yes, it's true!!! Ali and I are having a baby boy!!!," Jay tweeted. "He's due August 1st!!! Whew!!! Gonna have a house full!"

Chances are, the singer-songwriter will be preparing for the new arrival much like he did for the birth of his little girl. "I just want to make sure I will do the best job I can," he told GAC. "We've spent a lot of time reading books and watching videos and a lot of online research -- and watching [bandmates Gary LeVox and Joe Don Rooney] figuring out what not to do!"

Hopefully, the proud dad will be home when his son arrives. The Flatts guys just wrapped up their Thaw Out tour, and are gearing up for their American Band tour, which will include the Eli Young Band, Little Big Town and Edens Edge. See their complete concert schedule here.
