What do Chris Young and Blake Shelton have in common besides towering talent and stature? As of this week, they are the only two solo artists to have their five most recent singles hit No. 1 on Billboard's country songs chart.

Chris' sentimental song, 'You,' sits atop the chart this week, following his previous No. 1 hits, 'Tomorrow,' 'Gettin' You Home (the Black Dress Song),' 'Voices' and 'The Man I Want to Be.'

"I am ecstatic," says Chris. "I've been excited for each No. 1, and to have five in a row feels amazing!"

Chris co-wrote 'You' with Luke Laird, who's penned such mega-hits as Carrie Underwood's 'Last Name,' Blake Shelton and Trace Adkins' 'Hillbilly Bone' and Sara Evans' 'A Little Bit Stronger.'

"As we were talking, [Chris] had this really cool melody he shared," Luke tells Country Music Notes. "He was like, 'Man, I think it would be cool to write a song called 'You.'' I figured if he thinks it's cool, it will be cool!"

Cool, indeed. 'You' has now sold more than 350,000 downloads.

Chris is currently on tour with Miranda Lambert. He'll take a detour to Las Vegas in April for the ACM Awards, where he's up for Male Vocalist of the Year and Single Record of the Year for 'Tomorrow.'
