For those who don't believe that lovers get second chances, maybe it's time to believe. Musician, actress and all-around entertainer Marie Osmond just remarried her first husband, Stephen Craig, whom she initially divorced in 1985. The private ceremony took place in a Mormon temple -- in Las Vegas. But, no, the remarriage was definitely not the result of a wild night in Sin City.

In fact, it was very significant that the ceremony was held on Wednesday (May 4) -- the date marks the birthday of Osmond's late mother, Olive, as well as her late son, Michael. Osmond, age 51, and Craig, age 54, have a 28-year-old son together from the first time they were married, when they themselves were only in their early 20s.

Osmond's famous and famously close brother, Donnie Osmond, told Entertainment Tonight that the marriage came as a last-minute surprise, but that he's thrilled to have Craig as a brother-in-law once again. "It was a perfect Cinderella story with a fairytale ending," he said. "They were sealed together again, forever."

Osmond has seven children from her second marriage, which ended in 2007. As for her first marriage do-over, Osmond wore the same wedding dress this time that she wore when she first married Craig in 1982. Amazingly, it still fits. Congrats seem in order for that, almost as much as for the wedding itself.
