After more than 10 years with the same management company, Rascal Flatts have announced they are parting ways with Turner Nichols & Associates.

"We will always consider Trey [Turner] and Doug [Nichols] to be part of our family," Jay DeMarcus, Gary LeVox and Joe Don Rooney said in a statement released Monday night. "And we have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for the work that we've done together over the past 10 years."

"The Flatts are great guys and will always be part of our family as well," added Turner and Nichols. "We wish them nothing but the best."

The trio have been through a few different changes over the past year, including having their previous record label, Lyric Street, close its doors, and then finding themselves signing a new deal with Big Machine Records. Through all of the turmoil and seemingly rebirth with their new album 'Nothing Like This,' the guys were celebrating their tenth year as a band.

"When I stop and think about it, it's really amazing to me all of the little miracles in order for us to even have gotten together as a band," says Jay. "To think about all of the lives that we've been able to touch and the fans who have been so loyal to us over the past 10 years and the stories that we hear from songs that have been monumental occasions to them and they've used them at their weddings, or they used it at their kid's graduation. That right there lets you know that you've done something and been successful in the eyes of the peoiple that matter the most, and that's your fans. I can't thank them enough for allowing us the privilege of standing onstage every night and doing what we love to do for a living. It's really incredible and humbling."

Rascal Flatts exploded on the scene in 2000 with their debut single, 'Prayin' for Daylight,' and have since sold more than 20 million albums and hit the top of the charts 12 times. The guys are currently scaling the country charts with their latest single, 'I Won't Let Go,' and are also headed back out on their Nothing Like This tour on February 17 in Erie, Pa.
