Faith Hill and the Pretenders will suit up for a special live episode of 'CMT Crossroads' as part of the festivities surrounding Super Bowl XLV.

The show will take place during the NFL Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam from the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, Texas, on Saturday, February 5, the night before the big game.

In keeping with the tradition of the show, the two artists -- five-time Grammy winner Faith Hill and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers the Pretenders -- will trade vocals on each other's songs. In this case, Faith will perform a handful of tunes with the legendary band, while the group's frontwoman Chrissie Hynde will join the country songstress and her band for a set of country hits. This will be the first appearance by both artists on the popular music series which pairs country stars with popular artists from other music formats, and it marks only the second time the show has aired live.

Faith, the voice of NBC's 'Sunday Night Football' theme song, will also make an appearance during the big game. She will appear in a commercial for Teleflora, debuting her new floral bouquet collections.

The 'Crossroads' show is one of three major concerts leading up to this year's Super Bowl on February 6. Kid Rock, Duran Duran and Jason Derulo will perform at the NFL Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam on February 3, while the NFL Pepsi Musica Super Bowl Fiesta takes on a Latin flair with performances by Jenni Rivera, Chino Y Nacho and Dulce Maria on February 4.

Keith Urban is set to perform at a special televised Super Bowl party on FOX leading up to the big game, which will also include performances by Maroon 5, while the Black Eyed Peas will perform during the half-time show with Christina Aguilera singing the national anthem.

'CMT Crossroads: The Pretenders and Faith Hill Live From the Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam' premieres live on CMT on February 5 at 10:00 PM ET.
