The Academy of Country Music Awards are only a few months away, and once again fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artists in select categories.

For the third year in a row, fans will be able to vote for the ACM's Top New Solo Vocalist. And this year, instead of having two separate categories for Top New Duo and Top New Vocal Group, the ACM has now combined both categories into one Top New Vocal Duo or Group category.

Nominees for the 2011 Top New Solo Vocalist are Easton Corbin, Eric Church and Randy Houser. In the Top New Vocal Duo or Group category, the nominees are The Band Perry, the JaneDear girls and Steel Magnolia.

Fans can vote in both categories by logging onto either VoteACM.com or GACTV.com/ACM between January 27 and February 24. The winner for Top New Solo Vocalist and Top New Vocal Duo or Group will both move to the Top New Artist category, which fans can vote for between March 11 and April 3.

As part of GAC's partnership with the Academy of Country Music, the network will air several artist-hosted specials leading up to the awards show. The first one will be hosted by last year's ACM Award winner for Top New Artist, Luke Bryan, on January 27 at 10:00 PM ET, and will include segments on all six of the nominees.

The ACM Awards will air live from Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3 at 8:00 PM ET on CBS.
