This year's CMA Awards just got a little more star power! Oscar-winning actress and now country singer, Gwyneth Paltrow, is set to make her live country music singing debut on the November 10 telecast. Gwyneth will perform the title track from her upcoming feature film, 'Country Strong,' with Vince Gill, who lends background vocals on the record along with Patty Griffin, joining her on stage.

Gwyneth is not used to performing in front of a live audience, and she admits even while filming some of the concert scenes for the movie, she was a bit nervous. "There's one scene in the film where I'm doing a concert in Houston and my character kind of has a break down," Gwyneth reveals. "I was singing live with a bunch of people in the place, and it was very scary at first, but then I had to rise above it and do it. I started to see the kind of adrenaline buzz that people get from doing it."

'Country Strong' is the first single from the original motion picture soundtrack, due in stores October 26. Gwyneth performs four songs on the album, including the title track and a duet with co-star Tim McGraw on 'Me and Tennessee.' Faith Hill, Trace Adkins, Chris Young, Sara Evans, Lee Ann Womack, Ronnie Dunn, Hank Williams, Jr. and the film's other two stars, Leighton Meester and Garrett Hedlund, are also featured on the soundtrack. In 'Country Strong,' Gwyneth portrays the role of a fallen country star named Kelly Canter, who attempts to resurrect her career with the help of a rising singer-songwriter (played by Garrett Hedlund) after meeting him in rehab. Tim plays her husband-manager in the film, and pushes her past her limits by bringing in a beauty queen-turned-country singer (Leighton Meester) as the opening act. 'Country Strong' arrives in movie theaters in Los Angeles and Nashville on December 22, and nationwide on January 7, 2011.

Previously announced performers for next month's CMA Awards include Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum,Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Sugarland and hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. In addition, special duet performances will feature top nominee Miranda with Sheryl Crow in a tribute to Loretta Lynn's 50th Anniversary as a recording artist, and Zac Brown Band with Alan Jackson.

The '44th Annual CMA Awards' will be broadcast live on ABC, November 10 at 8:00 PM ET from Nashville.
