Luke Bryan's 'Rain Is a Good Thing' is spending a second week atop both the Mediabase/Country Aircheck and Billboard country singles charts.

When the devastating flood waters hit Nashville and the surrounding areas at the beginning of May, Luke was not sure how people, especially in Tennessee, would react to his current single. But they realized that sometimes rain is indeed a good thing ... just not so much of it. "It was very ironic when it started happening," Luke explains. "I thought, 'Oh Lord, it's gonna be a little tough for Nashville [radio] stations to continue to support 'Rain Is a Good Thing' like they were.' But they really did support it. Everyone understands that I didn't mean that 'rain is a good thing' in the aspect of 17-inches in 10 hours. But I think rain is still a good thing, just not in such a high quantity that landed in the Middle Tennessee area."

Carrie Underwood's 'Undo It' climbs to No. 2 on both charts, but it is a split for third place as Brad Paisley's 'Water' is at No. 3 on the Mediabase chart and Jerrod Niemann's 'Lover, Lover' romances the No. 3 slot on Billboard.
