Trisha YearwoodTrisha Yearwood is the latest special guest added to the stellar lineup of performers at Chely Wright's 10th annual Reading, Writing & Rhythm benefit concert, set for Tuesday, June 8 at Nashville's James K. Polk Theater in the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC), beginning at 8:00 PM CT.

Trisha joins previously announced performers at the event including Rodney Crowell, SHeDAISY, Justin Moore, Buxton Hughes, Bucky Covington and Jamey Johnson.

In addition to the live concert, a silent auction that is open to the public will begin in the Polk Theater lobby at 2:00 PM and end at 7:00 PM. Artists contributing items to the auction include Toby Keith, Keith Urban, George Strait, Terri Clark, Martina McBride, Trace Adkins, Wynonna, Sugarland, Randy Travis, Mario Lopez, Marlee Matlin and many more.

At 4:00 PM, the duo Buxton Hughes will be in the lobby for a live auction. Items in that auction will include fly-away trips (with roundtrip airfare, concert tickets and meet-and-greet passes) for Brooks & Dunn, Brad Paisley, Racal Flatts, Alan Jackson and George Strait; a 'Girls Night Out' package which includes four tickets to Lilith Fair in Nashville, a meet-and-greet with Indigo Girls and dinner at The Palm restaurant.

All proceeds from the Reading, Writing and Rhythm event will benefit local schools devastated by the recent area floods including Kingston Springs Elementary School (KSES) in South Cheatham County, outside Nashville. Reading, Writing and Rhythm is a non-profit organization founded by Chely Wright for the purpose of furthering music education by donating musical instruments to public schools in need across the country.
