Taylor SwiftTaylor Swift has another Top Ten hit -- this time not on the country or pop charts, but in Time. The magazine's annual list of the World's Most Influential People was released this week, with the 20-year-old country superstar's name landing at No. 9.

The only country artist nominated, Taylor ranks higher than a slew of globally famous celebs, including Prince, Elton John, Simon Cowell and Sandra Bullock. Lady Gaga secured the No.1 slot, and was followed by Conan O'Brien, Kathryn Bigelow, Oprah Winfrey and Valery Gergiev, to round out the top five.

Other icons included in Time's annual list include Bill Clinton and Ben Stiller in the Heroes category, President Obama and Sarah Palin in the Diverse Leaders category and Steve Jobs and Sonia Sotomayor in the Thinkers category.

Although only 20 years old, Taylor's long list of accomplishments include being named the top-selling digital artist in history -- an accolade further highlighted by her trophy case full of Grammy, ACM, CMA, People's Choice and AMA Awards, just to name a few. Back in the studio working on a new album, the precocious young adult's empire includes her own line of fashion and greeting cards and an appearance in the blockbuster film, 'Valentine's Day.'
