When Sandra Bullock got the call that she's up for Best Actress at this year's Academy Awards for her role in 'The Blind Side,' she couldn't have been more surprised. "Nobody expected much of this film, so every time these things have happened ... I am still blown away," she told reporters.

Tim McGraw certainly isn't shocked by the Oscar nod for his co-star, whom he feels is very deserving. "She's a great girl!" Tim tells Canadian radio station CJDC of Sandra. "She's very professional. She knows exactly what she's doing. She's very good at what she does, and you can see why she's successful when you're around her. And besides all that, she's friendly! She's not a diva at all. She was kinda like your best friend's sister -- the one that you liked down the road that was cool to hang out with."

Sandra will find out on Sunday, March 7 if she takes home the big prize, when the 82nd Annual Academy Awards air live from Los Angeles. Tim will likely grace the Oscar red carpet, as well, as 'The Blind Side' has been nominated for Best Picture. Also receiving some Oscar love is Americana star, Ryan Bingham, whose song 'The Weary Kind (Theme From Crazy Heart)' is up for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture.
