Garth Brooks Suing Oklahoma Hospital

Garth Brooks is suing the Integris Canadian Valley Regional hospital in his hometown of Yukon, Okla. According to Tulsa's KOTV, the entertainer is alleging breach of contract, and seeks the return of an anonymous $500,000 donation.

Garth, who made the donation four years ago, says the hospital promised to build a Living Center which would have the name of his late mother, Colleen, on it. Garth's mom passed away in 1999 after a long battle with cancer. The center in her honor has yet to be built.

The hospital's official website notes that they are undergoing a "major expansion project."
