Jack IngramJack Ingram has a busy 2010 in store. In addition to an acoustic tour here in the U.S., he's also planning his first-ever trip to Australia this March. And in May, the charismatic country star will "throwdown" with Jamey Johnson, Montgomery Gentry and Little Big Town on an amphitheater tour. Dubbed the Country THROWDOWN tour, the outdoor trek is orchestrated by the producers of the annual rock/heavy metal Warped tour.

"I've always been aware and a fan of the concept of the Warped tour," says Jack. "You get a ton of good bands, start early, keep the price low and the beer cold. Whether it's rock or country or jazz, I don't care! Just give me good music and a lot of it. That's what this tour is about: a big bad-ass throwdown -- country style!"

The Country THROWDOWN tour runs May 13 through June 20, with cities to be announced soon. At each venue, three stages will be set up, so as not to have too much lag time in between acts. Additional guests making appearances at various stops include Eric Church, the Eli Young Band, Jonathan Singleton & the Grove, the Lost Trailers, Ryan Bingham and Emily West.
