Brad Paisley can now boast seven nominations for the 2009 CMA Awards, and Keith Urban now has five. The two were accidentally left off Wednesday's nominees list for Musical Event of the Year. They are indeed nominated in that category, for their duet, 'Start a Band.' The Country Music Association reports that the omission occured when transferring information from the online ballot to the final list of nominees.

"We take the integrity of the CMA Awards balloting very seriously," said Tammy Genovese, CMA Chief Executive Officer. "And when an oversight like this occurs we commit ourselves to a thorough review, thoughtful and immediate correction, and complete disclosure and accountability to the artists and our industry ... We sincerely regret the omission of these two deserving artists from the list of nominees and apologize to Brad and Keith."

Brad's seven nods have him leading the pack in nominations this year. Keith is next with his five, followed by Taylor Swift, the Zac Brown Band, George Strait and Jamey Johnson, all of whom have four nominations. Read the full list here.

The 43rd annual CMA Awards air live from Nashville on Nov. 11 on ABC.
