Earlier this year, Chris Young was crowned country music's hottest bachelor by Country Weekly magazine. While his female fans have something to dream about, Chris has a few dreams of his own. And he recently made one of them come true. The former 'Nashville Star' champ had the chance to sing with the legendary Willie Nelson.

When Chris decided to remake the late Waylon Jennings' 1987 hit, 'Rose in Paradise,' for his sophomore album, he asked Willie, a frequent collaborator with Waylon, if he'd sing the tune as a duet with him. To Chris's surprise, Willie said yes.

"It's so cool that we did that," Chris tells GAC. "Really, just being a huge Willie Nelson fan, when we got to do this song together, I kind of figured that what would probably happen is we'd send him the hard drive and he would sing it and send it back from Austin. And when he ended up coming into the studio to record this with me, it's just probably one of the coolest things I've ever gotten a chance to do.

"I have no idea what I said to him the whole day," Chris continues, laughing. "I know everything he said to me, but I don't think I said hardly anything that was coherent or worth listening to."

Chris's album, 'The Man I Want to Be,' hits stores today (Sept. 1).
