LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Headed to Mexico?

Four months after rumors first surfaced that LeAnn Rimes and actor Eddie Cibrian were engaged in an extramarital affair, Eddie has officially filed for divorce. Brandi Glanville, the actor's wife of eight years confirmed that Cibrian filed the papers on Monday, telling E! News, "He filed yesterday, and I accepted it."

Glanville added that Eddie and LeAnn, who were photographed playing golf in California last week, were planning a getaway to Mexico this weekend.

"I'm looking forward to seeing those pictures," she said, adding, "It's just over for me. We're both happy. This is going to be good."

Meanwhile, it appears LeAnn's soon-to-be-ex, Dean Sheremet, has left the couple's Nashville home and is headed to New York City. FOX411 reports that Dean, who has been checking out New York apartments for the past month, moved out of the Nashville mansion last week. In addition to his belongings, an unnamed source close to Dean reports that he took the couples' dogs with him.

"Dean is moving on, looking for work and creating a fresh start in New York City," the source told FOX411. "He's excited to be in New York and plans to take advantage of his connections over the years to focus on his career. LeAnn has clearly moved on with Eddie in California and it was time for Dean to make a major change of his own. He's trying to stay friends with LeAnn, but her public relationship with Eddie is no easy thing to avoid. Dean is a nice guy, trying to live a normal, quiet life."
