We're sending our best wishes for a speedy recovery to Country Music Hall of Fame member Ferlin Husky. The singer is currently in a Middle Tennessee hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

The 85-year-old has been in and out of the hospital in the last few weeks following a recent surgery. He began having trouble breathing over the weekend, which prompted family members to admit the living legend.

Ferlin suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and has a lengthy history of heart problems. Doctors say his condition is improving, and he may be removed from the critical care unit within the next few days.

Ferlin, who rose to fame in the '50s and '60s with hits such as 'A Dear John Letter' and 'Wings of a Dove.' He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame last year, in an all-star class that included Don Williams, Jimmy Dean and Billy Sherrill.
