The woman who's accused of stalking Gary Allan for the past four years had her day in court on Wednesday.

Katherine Anne Walker, 47, of Nashville, is charged with burglary, stalking and vandalism. She was also served with an additional warrant for theft when she entered the courtroom.

Walker is accused of throwing potted plants around the outside of the country singer's home and tossing patio furniture into his pool. She's also accused of flinging an outdoor heater from a second-story balcony and breaking a kitchen window.

Nashville's Tennessean newspaper reports Walker told the court that on the night of May 3, she was lead to believe via online messages that Gary would be meeting her at a local bar for drinks. She said she "lost it" when she spotted the vehicle of another woman at Allan's residence.

"I went there and threw his furniture into the pool," Walker said, also admitting that she entered the vehicle belonging to the woman at the residence. "I took her registration and her size 5 miniskirt," she added.

Court papers state that Walker was identified through security footage at the singer's residence. TMZ obtained the video footage which allegedly shows Walker on a bizarre rampage outside the home.

Gary told authorities Walker had gone to his residence several times and had also caused a scene at a club in Nashville prior to the latest incident, which occurred on May 4.

Outside the courtroom before appearing before the judge, Walker spoke to the media, claiming she's the one being stalked. "He has stalked me for two years," Walker said. "He's really, really hurt me and basically ruined my life."

The singer's attorney responded by saying, "I think everybody knows that's ridiculous. She was stalking him and destroyed his property for no apparent reason."

Ramsey added that the stalking actually started with Gary's guitarist Jake Kelly, and transferred to the singer after Kelly left his band.

A civil lawsuit is being prepared, Ramsey said, to keep Walker away from his client. It was expected to be filed in Sumner County Chancery Court, north of Nashville, on Thursday, May 28.

Walker's bond was set at $2,500, and she is not permitted to have any contact with Allan or anyone associated with him. Her case is scheduled to appear before the grand jury on July 24.
