You handle media scrutiny with such grace, even going so far as to defend the paparazzi after a scary motorcycle accident, during which you were being followed by a shutterbug. How do you keep your cool?

I think that's progress, not perfection. [laughs] In that specific incident, I learned a lot that day -- how to reexamine my life and how to handle situations like that. I think I could've put my safety a lot more ahead than I did that day. I think most of it comes down to being really grateful for where we are today. We've been very blessed.
